1. Compile orders and instructions received from customers
2. Organize tasks to accomplish the work
3. Track and complete work orders
4. Prepare and submit reports
5. Coordinate traffic flow of supplies
6. Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
7. Communicate with ships, aircraft, and other remote operations
8. Follow up on issues with work orders
9. Keep track of shipments
