Key Responsibilities:

Team Supervision

  • Oversee daily operations and staff on shift
  • Delegate duties, support team productivity, and maintain service quality
  • Provide on-the-job training and feedback to team members

Guest Service & Operations

  • Ensure a high standard of customer service and food presentation
  • Handle guest concerns and support positive dining experiences
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety across all areas

Compliance & Inventory

  • Enforce food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies
  • Monitor shift reports and ensure accurate records

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Morning, afternoon, or evening availability
  • Weekdays and weekends as required

Candidate Profile:

If You Are in Canada:

  • Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience in a food service setting
  • Interest in building a long-term career in Calgary

If You Are Outside Canada:

  • 3+ years of relevant food service leadership experience
  • English proficiency at CLB 6 or higher

General Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with food handling, safety, and service standards
  • Effective communication and team leadership skills
