Job summary

KGS Group in Winnipeg is seeking a Transportation Engineering Aide to join our Transportation team as a student assistant. You will gain hands-on exposure to real projects under the guidance of experienced engineers and project managers, strengthening technical, professional and interpersonal skills in a multidisciplinary environment.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in Civil Engineering or related Technology programs, with strong communication, initiative, and attention to detail.

The Role

We are looking for an Engineering Aide to join our Transportation team in our Winnipeg office.

This position is designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience in a professional engineering consulting environment. Working alongside experienced engineers, technologists and project managers, you will gain exposure to a variety of projects while developing technical, professional and interpersonal skills.

Students may have opportunities to participate in project work, technical reviews, engineering analysis, field assignments, site visits, report preparation and multidisciplinary collaboration depending on project requirements and business needs.
