Job summary

RXO is seeking a Specialist, Customer Service Representative in Burnaby, Canada to advocate for customers and ensure top‑tier service levels. The role involves analyzing orders, updating profiles, and coordinating with service partners to meet agreed expectations.

The position requires at least 1 year in transportation or customer service, with a bachelor's degree preferred and strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills to drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in transportation or customer service.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and investigative skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advocate and champion of the customer to fulfill, meet and exceed their expectations.
• Analyze incoming orders to determine if the team can handle the order under quoted constraints of customer agreement, and offer alternatives if necessary.
• Maintain, update and utilize account profiles to ensure that the requirements are documented and an accurate representation of the customer’s service expectations, processes and measurements.
• Establish a plan to align service partners for success.
