Premier Tech Growers and Consumers in Canada is seeking a Transport Clerk to support shipping and inventory operations. You will collaborate with customer service teams and truck drivers, explain policies clearly, and help maintain accurate records.

The role emphasizes processing shipping documents, data entry, inventory maintenance, and tracking orders across multiple sites to ensure end-to-end visibility and smooth coordination of transportation activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service or transportation is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of ERP is an asset.
• Communication skills

• Operational mindset
• Bilingualism in English and French is not required but is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome truck drivers
• Clearly explain company policies to drivers and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Manage incoming calls, process the mailbox, support various administrative tasks and all receptions
• Prepare shipping documents and enter shipment data into the systemMaintain the inventory, classify shipping-related documents and keep all records consistently up to date
• Track, validate and reconcile product orders against supplier confirmations across multiple sites.
• Maintain end-to-end visibility over operations
• Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure smooth coordination of shipping activities and resolve any issues promptly
