Responsibilities

• Ensure document correspondence with the referenced shipment.
• Verify driver's documents upon return to the terminal (quality standards).
• Take customer pickup requests via telephone, email, or edoc.
• Validate and enter data from the bill of lading.

• Ensure document correspondence with the referenced shipment
• Verify driver's documents upon his return to the terminal (document completed according to quality standards)
• Take customer requests for pickup received through different channels: telephone, email, edoc
