Job summary

Premier Tech Ltd. in St-Isidore, Ontario is seeking a Shipping Clerk to ensure accurate data entry, timely shipping documents, and seamless coordination with drivers. You will schedule deliveries, verify records, and support the Customer Service team in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong attention to detail. Bilingual English/French is an asset; experience in shipping is also valued.

• Experience using an ERP system – an asset.
• Experience in administrative tasks such as data entry, preparation of documents, and maintaining reports.
• Scheduling and coordination skills.

• Bilingualism in English and French - an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and a collaborative environment with truck drivers.
• Schedule inbound and outbound appointments for delivery and shipment.
• Prepare shipping documents while ensuring prompt and accurate data.
• Enter, transfer, modify and verify data in computer systems such as JD Edwards.
• Prepare, maintain, and complete reports in a timely manner.
• Check record entries against supporting documents.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to coordinate activities.
