Premier Tech is seeking a Shipping Clerk in St-Isidore, Ontario. You will handle shipping coordination, data entry and documentation, working closely with truck drivers and the Customer Service team to ensure accurate data and on-time deliveries.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, use of ERP systems, and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced logistics environment. Bilingual English/French is an asset; strong attention to detail is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Ability to use computer systems and various software.
• Experience with an ERP system (JD Edwards) is a plus.
• Strong data-entry, document preparation and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with truck drivers.
• Schedule inbound and outbound delivery and shipment appointments.
• Prepare shipping documents with prompt and accurate data.
• Enter, transfer, modify and verify data in computer systems such as JD Edwards.
• Prepare, maintain and complete reports in a timely manner.
• Check record entries against supporting documents.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to coordinate activities.
