Job summary

IntermodeX Logistics Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Prince Rupert, BC to support transload activities, coordinate container movements, and manage external relationships with shippers and freight forwarders.

This on-site role requires attention to detail and strong data management abilities. You will input data into systems, assist with monthly audits, and help maintain accurate records while supporting day-to-day operations and customer communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or related field.
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal.
• Solid Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Outlook, Word.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate container movements and bookings.
• Manage shipper/broker/freight forwarder relations for export/import ops.
• Input and analyze data in internal/external systems.
• Provide support to operations team as needed.
