Job summary

IntermodeX Logistics Ltd in Prince Rupert, BC, seeks a Cargo Coordinator to join the Import Transload team. You will coordinate cargo movement to meet documentation and cut-offs while optimizing service and IntermodeX costs.

You will support the Logistics Coordinators and Operations Supervisors, plan schedules, liaise with truckers, and ensure accurate data entry in the WMS. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary education in transportation, logistics, international trade, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of logistics experience.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office (Excel/Outlook/Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of cargo to meet documentation and cut-offs and optimize service and IntermodeX costs.
• Provide support to Logistics Coordinators desk and Operations Supervisors.
• Prepare schedules, liaise with trucking companies, and enter data into the WMS.
• Generate monthly inventory reports and maintain customer communications.
