Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks an Operational Excellence Manager – Integration & Transformation to lead a targeted business transformation under a 3-4 month contract.

The role requires hands-on consulting to modernize operations, optimize finance/workflows and integrate systems, with a focus on Order-to-Cash and finance processes. Expect close collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Background in business transformation, consulting, project management or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of finance and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct / Sage 50.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Document and redesign finance and operational workflows.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Support a system migration.
• Review Order-to-Cash, AP/AR, purchasing, dispatch and month-end processes.
• Develop process documentation, workflows and operating procedures.
• Identify activities that can be centralized, automated or eliminated.
• Support systems, data and technology integration.
• Track transformation initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Deliver tangible, measurable outputs throughout the assignment.
