Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, business administration, computer science, or equivalent.
• Professional certifications in operations design and process improvement (Lean Six Sigma; Lean Enterprise; Service Design and Management).
• LSSBL with 3+ years of experience is an asset.
• 5+ years leading and delivering operational process improvements or initiatives.
• Excellent Data Analytical Skills.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Transformation Strategy by creating operation blueprints and roadmaps.
• Drive Process Excellence via re-engineering to optimize CX, costs, quality and resilience.
• Lead multiple strategic initiatives across functions to improve experiences and meet goals.
• Steer design and realization of process re-engineering efforts.
• Oversee the entire process analysis cycle from assessment to implementation and control.
• Provide coaching and lead departments through continuous improvement cycles.
• Evaluate datasets and develop narrative-driven reports.
• Provide input into budget development and monitoring.
• Develop business cases for initiatives.
• Key outcomes: higher customer satisfaction, quality improvements, reduced costs.
