Job summary

Mitacs is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager (1-year contract) to lead orchestration and delivery of programs under the Transformation Management Office (TMO) Portfolio, including the Enterprise Transformation (MET).

The role reports to the Director, Enterprise Transformation, ensuring alignment, integration, and delivery across corporate initiatives, with hands-on leadership and a track record of navigating complexity and driving outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience directly managing Project Managers or similar roles.
• PgM or PMP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Transformation programs, including planning, execution, risks and issues management, dependencies, budget, and governance.
• Coordinate sponsors, workstream leads, and cross-functional teams to deliver an integrated roadmap and outcomes.
• Prepare materials for Executive Steering Committee and report progress, KPI trends, and decisions required.
