Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  1. Process securities transactions using in-house software.
  2. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders by email and phone, including lawyers, accountants, financial institutions, corporate officers, and directors.
  3. Ensure the accurate and timely completion of documents related to share issuances, transfers, and other types of securities transactions.
  4. Produce and distribute share certificates and share statements for shareholders.
  5. Organize and prepare documents for corporate annual general meetings.
  6. Other administrative duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements and Skills:
  1. Attention to detail and organization.
  2. Team player.
  3. Takes initiative and ensures tasks are completed fully and timely.
  4. Effective task prioritization.
  5. Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  6. Clear and effective oral and written communication.
  7. Excellent time management.
  8. Able to accept feedback positively.
  9. 1-2 years of previous office experience.

Start date is as soon as possible. This position is full time, 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is NOT a remote job.

Salary: $20 - $26/hour, or $41,000 - $54,000/year, depending on experience.
