Qualifications

Must demonstrate ability to plan and execute complex events and projects with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain systems, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Comfortable working with presentation design, video editing, and content creation tools.
Experience with invoices, chargebacks, expense tracking, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across departments and serve as a reliable point of contact for multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

Manage Training Program Logistics & Operations: Own end-to-end delivery of all program materials printing, shipping, and distribution for in-person and virtual programs across RBC Dominion Securities, PH&N, for the team.
Maintain & Enhance Training Content: Keep intranet on RBC Connect current and organized, conduct content audits, and create engaging training materials including PowerPoint presentations and video edits.
