proSapient seeks a Training Program Manager to develop and enhance training for client services. The ideal candidate will bring sales experience and expertise in training delivery, fostering an inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities include onboarding new associates and collaborating with teams to improve client engagement.

As we rapidly scale, we're on the lookout for a Training Program Manager to join the team. The role of Training Program Manager (Client Services) is to create clear and compelling journeys for our Client Services department, with a particular focus on entry level and junior hires. The role is dedicated to creating, delivering and reviewing the training of new associates, guiding them through tailored learning paths that align with the specific needs of our diverse client portfolio and wider business needs.
This role is best suited to an individual with a background in a Sales or Client Services role - the ideal candidate will have had exposure and experience in a Sales or outbound environment, and are likely now looking to coach, mentor and train others to be successful!

- Previous experience working in a sales & outbound environment, with a proven track record of client growth and/or revenue generation success
- Previous experience creating, delivering and evaluating training sessions & content is mandatory for this role
