What will your typical day look like?

• Define project-specific change management scope, strategy, approach, and deliverables, including stakeholder analysis, engagement, change impact analysis, leadership alignment, readiness assessment, communications, training plans, and materials.
• Define organizational change toolkit, methodology, and activities across multiple projects, using established processes, templates, and guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Deloitte Technology, Deloitte Businesses, and Member Firms, ensuring continued alignment with business needs.
• Develop strong business knowledge and technical competency on assigned initiatives, establishing effective governance.
• Identify and confirm necessary change and deployment resources, resolving conflicts, and building detailed adoption tracking and schedules.
• Lead issue/risk management, remediation, and escalations, providing management direction and ensuring clear communication.
• Lead deployment activities, establish schedules, and maximize business value.
• Create change and deployment artifacts, lead go-live assessments, and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with processes, plans, schedules, and budgets, influencing resource decisions.
• Prepare and deliver audience-specific communications, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Manage project/program budgets, track performance, and support value tracking initiatives.
• Maintain accountability for all project and program deliverables.

Total Rewards

The salary range is $85,000 - $156,000, with bonus eligibility. Our Total Rewards package includes competitive salary, benefits, mental health support, flexible benefits, firm-wide closures, development days, flexible work arrangements, and a hybrid work model.
