Job summary

Vancouver Island Health Authority is seeking a Training Lead for Registration Practice and Reliability to guide orientation and education of Registration and Patient Placement staff. You will lead initiatives to improve data quality and reliability while promoting standardized bed management and registration practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with five years of related experience.
• Valid BC Driver's License.
• Experience in large complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orientation and training for Registration and Patient Placement staff.
• Support registration reliability and implement Data Quality programs.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and role modelling to promote standardized practices.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure quality standards are met.
