Job summary

CAE Inc, located in Montreal, seeks a Training Operations Support to coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution of aircraft maintenance training programs on-site at a customer location. You will serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders and training administration, supporting logistics and documentation.

  • Ability to work on-site at a customer location in Montreal.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate recurring stakeholder meetings to communicate updates, gather training requirements, and support alignment across teams.
  • Support the booking, planning, and execution of training logistics while monitoring operational performance and timelines.
  • Coordinate and administer training-related documentation, records, and support activities.
  • Oversee hotel and accommodation arrangements (HOTAC) for personnel attending training programs and support vendor coordination and invoicing activities.
  • Coordinate secondary training activities to ensure alignment with training objectives and operational requirements.
  • Monitor and manage training-related tickets assigned to the training administration team and support timely issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

  • Knowledge of current learning and development trends.
