CAE Inc. in Montreal, QC, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team responsible for building high-precision flight simulators.

You will oversee daily production, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and on-time delivery while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience coordinating production schedules, workforce planning and operational performance.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a unionized environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of manufacturing health and safety best practices.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English; English proficiency required for cross-border interactions.

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a manufacturing team responsible for building CAE's industry-leading flight simulators. You will oversee daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and delivery objectives are achieved while supporting a collaborative and high-performing team environment. We are looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys working on the production floor, solving problems and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience managing production schedules, workforce planning and operational performance
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working in a unionized environment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of manufacturing health and safety best practices
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience working in a complex, technology-driven or evolving manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills in both French and English . English proficiency is required for this role as it involves regular interaction with colleagues, customers and partners located outside of Quebec.
