About this Role Manufacturing assembly, production team leadership, continuous improvement and high-precision manufacturing. As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a manufacturing team responsible for building CAE's industry-leading flight simulators. You will oversee daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and delivery objectives are achieved while supporting a collaborative and high-performing team environment. We are looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys working on the production floor, solving problems and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
