Job summary

CAE Inc. in Montreal is seeking an Administrative Support professional to coordinate training logistics, manage records, and support audit-ready documentation.

You will act as the primary contact for training administration and assist with planning, scheduling, and delivery of programs at a customer site in Montreal. The role requires strong communication skills in English and French, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or post-secondary diploma in a relevant field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and time-management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and French.
  • Legally authorized to live and work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training logistics, including accommodations, vendor services, invoicing, and supporting documentation.
  • Support the planning, scheduling, administration, and delivery of training programs with accurate training records and documentation.
  • Review course files, monitor compliance requirements, and ensure training documentation remains complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
  • Prepare and distribute training certificates and verify completion of all required training criteria prior to issuance.
  • Manage assigned tasks and requests through internal systems, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for training administration activities and provide operational support to internal stakeholders.
  • Support internal and external audits, address findings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
