Job summary

Glen Group in British Columbia is seeking a Dispatcher to own daily operations, coordinating TCPs, LCTs, and supervisors across multiple job sites while ensuring full staffing and efficient site performance. You will manage last-minute changes and schedule gaps, communicate with field crews, supervisors, and clients throughout the day, and keep projects moving forward.

This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

  • Must have proven experience in a Dispatcher or operations coordination role.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Excellent communication, clear and professional.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in traffic control, logistics, or field operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word and dispatch systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

Requirements
  • Must have previous experience in a Dispatcher or similar operations coordination role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (clear, confident, and professional)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience in traffic control, logistics, or field operations is an asset
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word , and dispatching systems
  • SiteDocs experience is an asset
  • Reliable, accountable, and able to take initiative
  • Ability to handle pressure and make quick operational decisions
  • Fast-paced and high-volume operations
  • Mix of office and remote work ( not fully remote )
  • Must be flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • $50-$60k annually with benefit eligibility
