Job summary

Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group is seeking a Business Analyst for its Vancouver-based Information Systems team. The role focuses on translating business needs for trading, portfolio management, and compliance, leveraging OEMS domain knowledge.

The position operates in a hybrid in-office/remote model with collaboration across geographies and external vendors. Strong SQL and familiarity with the C#.NET stack are assets for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• 4+ years of business analysis, technical analysis, or systems analyst experience supporting investment operations.
• 3+ years of OEMS or technical support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Traders, Portfolio Managers, Portfolio Compliance, and stakeholders to define CRIMS requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, use cases, and CRIMS configuration specs.
• Support design and implementation of CRIMS workflow rules and data validation.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams, Charles River Development, and vendors to document and deliver requirements.
• Lead stakeholder communications and maintain traceability between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and CRIMS upgrades.
• Provide production support, issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination for trading/compliance processes.
