Job summary

Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group in Vancouver seeks an Analyst to join the Performance and NAV Management Team. The role supports NAV data delivery, post-trade analytics and collaboration with CC&L affiliates to ensure timely reporting.

You will work in a hybrid setup, with opportunities to advance in data processes, performance analysis and client support across the middle office.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
Completion of or enrollment in a designation such as CFA is an asset.
1–2 years in investment management with exposure to performance analysis/reconciliation/fund accounting is an asset.
Analytical mindset and ability to break down complex processes to root causes.
Collaborative spirit and ability to communicate effectively.
Passion for improving data processes with attention to detail and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

Synchronize pooled fund NAVs by analyzing transactions and pricing across CC&L affiliates.
Manage transitions in investment performance—onboarding, restructuring and closing portfolios.
Support ad-hoc data, reporting, RFPs, DDQs and sales/marketing requests.
Develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Suggest and implement improvements to workflows to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
Write and update procedure documentation as required.
Assist manager with various ad-hoc tasks and projects.
