Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering.
• Engage with portfolio managers, middle office, and trading desks to capture needs.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, processes, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Refine and prioritize backlog with Product Owner.
• Support delivery of solutions improving efficiency, transparency, and collateral processes.
• Review source-code to validate/extract process workflows.
• Track progress, remove blockers, promote agile best practices.
• Break down stories for sprint length and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of features, highlight risks and dependencies.
• Communicate status to senior management and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills Description:
