Job summary

EllisDon in Vancouver, BC is seeking a detail‑oriented Trades Payable Administrator to accurately process approved invoices for payment within a high‑volume construction finance team. You will prioritize workflow, resolve issues with vendors and invoices, verify and manage cross‑office workflows, and support accounting controls to reduce errors.

You As a Trades Payable Administrator Will

• Accurately process approved invoices for payment.
• Prioritize workflow in a high-volume department to ensure deadlines are met.
• Work proactively to resolve issues with vendors and invoices.
• Comply with, and assist in developing, accounting controls to reduce errors.
• Verify and manage workflow from other area offices
• Assist with other administrative functions as required

• The salary range for this position is $52,000 - $65,000 per year.
