Job summary

Insight Global in Montreal is seeking a Trade Support Analyst to assist users on the Montreal Trade Floor with day-to-day hardware, software and mobile issue resolution.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service experience, familiarity with Windows, Citrix/VMs, and a proactive ownership mindset; training is available for the right attitude. Qualifications
