Remote People Ltd. seeks a Support Analyst to join our fintech trading solutions team. Based in Toronto, you will support mission-critical systems for banks and brokers worldwide, bridging fintech innovation with real-time electronic trading.

You will diagnose and resolve issues on trading workflows, connectivity, and data systems, using SQL, Unix, and monitoring tools, while collaborating with global teams across time zones to ensure platform performance and client success.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in technology or vendor-side roles for financial institutions.
• Strong SQL and Unix Shell/Bash scripting skills.
• Familiarity with FIX protocol, Java (Spring/Hibernate), and electronic trading systems is a plus.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana, Graylog) and network infrastructure concepts.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, real-time trading environments with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities
