Job summary

Sofina Foods Inc. seeks a Manager, Trade & Revenue Management to lead development, execution, and ongoing improvement of trade and revenue capabilities across customers and categories.

You will own pricing, trade spend, and revenue parameters, and shape frameworks to optimize commercial investments. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Business Performance to drive actionable insights and ROI across a $65M+ trade investment portfolio.

Qualifications

• University degree in business or a related field is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in revenue management, trade management, financial analysis, pricing, or related analytical roles.
• Strong understanding of the Canadian grocery, retail, and foodservice landscape.
• Demonstrated experience managing and analyzing trade spend.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; BI, database, or analytics tools are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Sofina’s trade and revenue management processes, tools, and reporting.
• Lead the analysis and optimization of discretionary trade spend by customer, brand, and category.
• Develop and maintain regular reporting on pricing, trade spend, and revenue performance for key internal forums.
• Identify, quantify, and communicate opportunities and risks related to pricing actions, cost inputs, and customer investment.
• Partner with Sales to support customer strategies and commercial objectives through data‑driven insights.
• Lead ROI analysis for trade activities, promotions, and optimization initiatives.
• Develop tools and frameworks to support pricing and promotion planning discussions.
• Prepare and present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to senior leadership.
