Job summary

Superior Plus seeks a Manager, Supply Portfolio Optimization & Analytics to drive value across the supply chain. You will own the Integrated Margin Optimization engine, model scenarios, and mentor a Senior Analyst, partnering with IT to prioritize development and adoption across the S&O team.

You will translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Sales to align plans and improve margins.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive experience in midstream energy or related analytics.
• Experience in supply chain optimization or margin management.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted analytical partner to SVP, Supply and Optimization leadership.
• Translate analyses into recommendations for senior leadership.
• Lead scenario modeling for cost, volume, and demand assumptions.
• Interface with Finance, Logistics, and Sales to align plans.
• Manage and mentor one Senior Analyst with coaching and prioritization.
