RailWorks Corporation in Ontario seeks a Mini Tie Gang Track Foreman to lead a crew installing track ties and performing maintenance across territories managed by PNR RailWorks. You will plan, supervise, and coordinate daily tasks with the Track Supervisor, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on live railroad sites.
The role requires 2+ years in rail, knowledge of track construction and safety rules, and strong communication.

Reporting to the Track Supervisor, the Mini Tie Gang Track Foreman is responsible for managing and directing a crew of workers to successfully complete day-to-day tasks by meeting or exceeding corporate and project goals for safety, quality, profitability, and schedule, resulting in extreme customer satisfaction. The Mini Tie Gang Track Foreman will primarily be responsible for the installation of track ties throughout territories maintained by PNR RailWorks Inc. When not installing ties, the Track Foreman and crew may be responsible for various other Track Maintenance activities, as required.
