RailWorks is seeking a Mini Tie Gang General Labourer to support track installation and maintenance. Reporting to the Track Supervisor, you will contribute to safety, quality, and on-time production while helping keep customers satisfied.
This role involves outdoor work across territories, exposure to weather, and operating basic track maintenance equipment. Valid Ontario G license required; unionised environment with benefits including health and dental.

Reporting to the Track Supervisor and Track Foreman, the Mini Tie Gang General Labourer is responsible for successfully completing day-to-day tasks by meeting or exceeding corporate goals for safety, quality, profitability and schedule, resulting in extreme customer satisfaction. The Mini Tie Gang General Labourer will primarily be engaged in the installation of track ties throughout territories maintained by PNR RailWorks Inc. When not installing ties, the General Labourer may be responsible for various other Track Maintenance activities, as required
