PNR RailWorks is seeking a Mini Tie Gang Assistant Track Foreman to lead a crew in installing track ties across assigned territories. You will help meet safety, quality, profitability, and schedule goals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Primary responsibilities include on-site supervision in the absence of the Track Foreman, pre-planning work with safety plans, and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication and a safety-first mindset are essential.
Reporting to the Track Supervisor and Track Foreman, the Mini Tie Gang Assistant Track Foreman is responsible for managing and directing a crew of workers to successfully complete day-to-day tasks by meeting or exceeding corporate and project goals for safety, quality, profitability, and schedule, resulting in extreme customer satisfaction. The Mini Tie Gang Assistant Track Foreman will primarily be engaged in the installation of track ties throughout territories maintained by PNR RailWorks Inc. When not installing ties, the Assistant Track Foreman and crew may be responsible for various other Track Maintenance activities, as required.
