Littler LLP is expanding in Toronto, and we are seeking experienced lawyers to join our growing legal team. We are seeking those interested in a new and exciting opportunity to join our growing legal team! Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1 – 6 years of experience practicing labour and employment law and must be called to the Ontario Bar. This role provides a chance to work on complex labour and employment issues, including client counseling, legal research, litigation strategy, and compliance training. Ideal candidates will possess excellent academic credentials, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for supporting employers in labour and employment matters. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Pursuant to Ontario Employment Act, 2000 (ESA), the annual salary range for this position is $140,000 to $245,000, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. We offer generous compensation and benefits packages. This is a new position. We do not use AI-based tools to assist in the screening, assessment, or selection of applicants for this role.
