Job summary

Exact Match Recruitment is seeking a Tooling Manager for a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer in the North End GTA plant. Based in Toronto, you will lead day-to-day tooling operations and mentor the tooling team.

You will supervise tool setup for product changes, oversee dies, jigs, and tooling maintenance, and contribute to design/build estimates for new components. Requires strong stamping/tool and die and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Tool and Die Certified or relevant post-secondary education.
• Min of 8 years experience in stamping / tool and die roles.
• Minimum 4 years experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in supervisory or management role.
• Strong background in metal stamping, including dies and welding.
• Experience with maintenance of metal stamping and welding equipment.
