Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a tool fabrication environment.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating production.
• Proficient with MS Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Directs department activities to meet production environment standards.
• Ensures work complies with quality standards and health & safety policies.
• Manages budget and capital project compliance.
• Leads and trains tooling associates, monitoring performance and safety.
• Maintains 5S standards and drives continuous improvement.
