Qualifications

Licensed Millwright with 433A certification.
Proven hands-on experience maintaining and repairing complex manufacturing equipment.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading maintenance activities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
Lead and support maintenance activities while guiding maintenance personnel.
Identify root causes of mechanical failures and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and support operational goals.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
Ensure maintenance work is performed safely and in line with company standards.
Coordinate with Production Manager on maintenance planning and continuous improvement.
