Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Sales Associate in Burlington, Ontario. You will provide fast, friendly service, assess customer needs, and guide them to solutions for their projects.

Build knowledge across departments and promote available services to enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, addressing questions, maintaining merchandise presentation, and following safety and loss prevention policies in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years Retail or Trade experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers and assessing their needs.
• Greet, engage, and thank customers in the department and assist across adjacent areas.
• Promote services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, and Pro Services; educate customers about the whole project.
• Maintain stock and ensure products are signed, displayed, and clean.
• Follow safety policies and loss prevention procedures.
