Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper food preparation by utilizing approved recipes, following production standards and use of proper equipment.
• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per the provided production and catering sheets and assist in production planning to meet daily requirements.
• Assist with the completion of production records to include waste tracking, used/unused portions and product shortages and inform supervisor when supplies are low.
• Clean kitchen equipment after use according to health and safety policies and procedures.
• Label, date, store and rotate food and beverage products in appropriate storage areas.
• Communicate effectively with all appropriate operational departments.
• Reports needed maintenance, faulty equipment or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned or directed.

The hourly wage for this role is $19.21. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
