The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda Territory operates a View Royal thrift store in British Columbia and seeks a permanent full-time associate. You will greet donors, sort donations, price items and process transactions with care.

Responsibilities include stock upkeep, displays, and maintaining security and accuracy. The role requires standing, lifting up to 29 lbs, and a team-oriented approach in a community-focused environment.

Formación

• Cash handling experience is required.
• Strong customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
• Attention to detail for pricing and inventory.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and interact with customers/donors in a positive, friendly manner.
• Contribute to meeting store sales targets and provide courteous service.
• Be knowledgeable regarding pricing and featured sale items; protect donated goods integrity.
• Handle customer transactions accurately with cash/debit and minimal errors.
• Assist with sorting, stocking, and processing donations.
• Maintain store appearance and assist in stock rotation and displays.
