Qualifications

• Minimum one-year related work experience or a secondary school diploma.
• Safe food handling course and knife handling skills.
• Ability to obtain registration as Category 2 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
• Proven high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present food following food safety standards.
• Keep workspace clean and sanitary per OHSA and Board of Health.
• Assist with inventory and put orders away.
• Perform duties safely and responsibly.
• Adhere to departmental quality standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
