Cineplex Regina is seeking a Theatre Manager to oversee all venue operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will lead across Amusement, Food & Beverage, Guest Service and Retail, while aligning with Cineplex policies and standards.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, group and event execution, staff development, and the ability to maintain up-to-date checklists and regulatory compliance. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Execute Groups & Events within the venue.
• Recruit, interview, train, and coach venue management; plan succession.
• Maintain fair discipline and performance management per policy.
• Manage theatre budget, grow revenue, and drive business forward.
