Job summary

Cineplex Cinemas Seton & VIP in Calgary, AB is seeking a full-time Theatre Manager to lead guest experiences and drive operational excellence across all venue teams.

You will oversee Amusements, Food & Beverage, Guest Services and Retail, ensure compliance with company standards, recruit and coach staff, manage budgets, and implement business initiatives that strengthen Cineplex's position as Canada's premier cinema brand.

Qualifications

• Experience leading venue teams across multiple departments.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive revenue initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain seamless operation of Amusement, Food & Beverage, Guest Service and Retail across the venue.
• Ensure facilities reflect company standards and comply with regulatory checklists.
• Execute Groups & Events within venue.
• Recruit, interview, train and coach venue management, and plan succession.
• Discipline handling in line with policy and performance needs.
• Manage theatre budget, grow revenue and drive improvement initiatives.
