Job summary

The Burger in Oakville is hiring a shift supervisor to lead and coach a friendly team, ensuring every guest enjoys an ABSOLUTE dining experience. You’ll manage opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and order placement while maintaining high standards.

We seek individuals with 1 year of leadership experience, a positive attitude, and a passion for food. Flexible, mixed shifts and a welcoming team await.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do.
• Passionate about food and guest experiences.
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to certify.
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Works well in a team but can work independently.
• Maintains composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Well organized with ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to stand long periods in a hot environment.
