The Burger in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a team and deliver ABSOLUTE service. You will train and coach staff, set clear expectations, and take direction from Senior Management.

You will open/close the restaurant, reconcile cash, place orders, manage inventory, and address guest concerns to ensure every guest leaves satisfied. The role offers flexible scheduling, competitive wages with tips, complimentary meals for Management, and growth opportunities within a company

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team
• Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do
• Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences
• Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Well organized with ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and in a hot environment
