The Burger’s Priest in Guelph is seeking a Supervisor to lead and develop the team while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will train staff, monitor performance, and work closely with management to uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include cash handling, opening/closing duties, inventory, and addressing guest concerns. A Food Handler Certification is required or willingness to certify, with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.

What You Will Do In This Role

• Train and coach the team below you to provide "ABSOLUTE" service
• Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis
• Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team
• Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder)
• Reconcile cash deposits
• Place orders and perform inventory counts
• Address customer concerns ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied

What We Are Looking For From You

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team
• Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do
• Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences
• Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and in a hot environment
