Job summary

Nature Fresh Farms is seeking a TFW Support Representative for the Leamington, Ontario facility. You will coordinate health-related appointments, assist with visits, and manage bunkhouse inspections and housing-related duties as part of a cross-functional team.

Role requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. Office-based with some warehouse/greenhouse duties and after-hours on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build trust.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Able to multi-task and handle confidential information.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Availability Monday–Saturday; some after-hours may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule doctor appointments for employees.
• Accompany and interpret for medical visits (dentist, eye doctor, OHN).
• Maintain confidential medical appointment records.
• Perform bi-weekly bunkhouse inspections and report issues.
• Follow up on housekeeping non-compliance in bunkhouses.
• Manage Health Unit and Fire Department inspections for compliance.
• Maintain bunkhouse inventory (furniture, supplies, appliances).
• Inspect fire extinguishers, emergency lights, smoke detectors monthly.
• Communicate worker housing concerns and update information boards.
• Assist with arrivals/departures of workers and related paperwork.
