Job summary

Nature Fresh Farms – Leamington facility is hiring an Operations Support in a full-time role. You will lead daily warehouse activities, coach staff, and coordinate with Production, Sales, and Maintenance to ensure efficient operations and adherence to GMP/HACCP standards.

The position requires strong English communication, leadership, and a collaborative mindset to drive continuous improvement across departments.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory experience is an asset but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop warehouse staff.
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping.
• Ability to collaborate across departments (Production, Sales, Greenhouse, Maintenance).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations and staff development in collaboration with Warehouse Manager.
• Monitor staffing, workflow, and quality to meet standards.
• Ensure GMP/HACCP and health and safety compliance across lines.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control with FIFO practices.
• Maintain records, timecards, and payroll-related documentation.
• Assist during peak periods and support maintenance and safety checks.
