Job summary

Nature Fresh Farms is seeking a dedicated Shipper/Receiver for our Production Department at the Leamington, Ontario facility. This full-time role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining FIFO inventory, and supporting daily warehouse operations, including forklift driving and safety checks.

The ideal candidate will have IT skills (Word/Excel), strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines. Monday–Saturday shifts and flex hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computer work including Word and Excel.
• Forklift experience is an asset.
• Strong organization and detail orientation are essential.
• Clear reading, writing and verbal communication are required.
• Spanish is a plus for this role.

Responsibilities

• Schedule orders and monitor NAV and group messages.
• Coordinate with Supervisor and Sales on delays or shortages.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and verify shipments and picklists.
• Load/unload trucks using a forklift and conduct safety checks.
• Keep the shipping area tidy and document procedures accurately.
