Your future role

Day-to-day, as a Testing & Commissioning Technician, you’ll work closely with teams across the business and be responsible for troubleshooting Alstom products at customer sites to ensure their availability. You will also provide technical expertise to subcontractors, warranty support team, project team members, and coaching to less experienced field operators.

You’ll specifically take care of:
  1. Respecting and enforcing Alstom & customer EHSS policies and rules as well as relevant PI processes on customer sites.
  2. Troubleshooting including investigation and repair during PI period as well as Pre-warranty & Commissioning.
  3. Reporting any deviation in the Failure Management database.
  4. Field Modifications implementation.
We’ll look to you for:
  1. Recommendations on appropriate preventative and corrective actions.
  2. Suggestions for product enhancements.
  3. Peer reviews of PI activities and provide technical leadership.
  4. Feedback to PI management regarding customer satisfaction and product performance.
